Shipping 

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard Delivery by post. (Delivery fee depends on location of purchase) 
  • Delivering of the goods by download

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. 

  • For Physical Product
  • For Downloadable Products 
  • For Services

Warranties and liabilities

We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

1. For Physical Products

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances.  Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.  You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.  Delivery fees depend on location of purchase.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery where import duties and taxes applies by the destination country, you are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes.  Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase.  We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient.  We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sienrise.be with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In the case of an exchange: we will exchange a product with a different product of equal or less value.

2. For Downloadable Digital Products

Delivery

You purchased file(s) will be downloadable immediately after purches.  They are for access for 30 days.

Refunds and chargebacks

Once a product has been downloaded by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the law due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

3. For Services

Delivery

Delivery of a Service will take place depending on the kind of Service:

  • On the date estimated with the purchase
  • By mutual agreement
  • By appointment

Refunds and chargebacks

Sienrise always is committed to providing you with an excellent costumer service, first time every time.  Once a service has been provided, no right of cancellation or refund exists, even when the service only has been purchased by you. 

However, it can occure that something didn’t go as aspected, or that you are not completely satisfied, then we like to know what happened.  

In that event, please contact us on info@sienrise.be so we can look if we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
